Dear Pieter,
I guess that for purposes of responding to the request from Dr. Tahir (LML, January 22, 2018), it would be important to know if the patient was on anti-retroviral therapy (ART) and if so, what the actual treatment was and how it was related (in sequence) to the occurrence of the presented clinical picture.
